I’ve been living in these apartments for a year and i had mold in my apartment for 3 months and had to threaten to call the health department so they would fix it. My cat actually got sick from the mold and I had to pay over $500 for the vet bills. The vet told me that it was the mold that made my cat sick. Who knows what this is doing to my health? I can’t even afford health insurance right now! The roof of one of the buildings was also damaged by a storm and they just put a tarp over it for a couple months. This apartment was purchased with help from the FHFA. If they are using my federal tax dollars to get assistance in buying a property, why aren’t they maintaining the apartments? That is not right.
