    I have lived in this building for 4 years. We have dealt with rats andcockroaches infesting our home. They're is mold in the bathroom, they don't fix anything. I think it is impacted my breathing. They don't consistently clean the floors or deal with the trash.
    If maintenance would fix things on time, it wouldn't become such a problem, but they don't answer when we put in requests.
    No one wants to live like this, it's undignified. I know I don't want to live like this!!!
    If i could afford rent some where else, i would leave everything here and move. But i can't afford the rent or the costs to move.
    We need rent control and tenant protections.
