    There are cockroaches, mold and rats. I have lived here for 13 years the last few years it has become very depressing. I feel like my home is making me physically and mentally sick. I am also ignored when i try to get things fixed so I've stopped fighting.
    They're is something leaking in my bathroom, i can't fix it so now the spot is rusted and ruined.
    I've applied other places but the apartments have a waiting list. I can't afford market rent because it's too expensive.
    We need rent control and tenant protections.
