    I love in my home for over 20 years. This building has over 10 floors, the buzzers down stairs don't work. I'm very sick and have to go downsides to let my care takers in. My door is broken for years and they don't fix it. The building is infested with rodents and cockroaches. Any work they actually do is half-assed. The floors are dirty. Everything in this building is shit. They treat us like shit.
    I can't leave this place because the rent is too dam high everywhere else.
    We need rent control!!!
    We need tenant protections!!!!!
