I am a tenant who lives in a 55+ apartment complex in Katy, Texas. I have many problems with the manager. She is abusive, divisive and controlling. FDI Management moved the manager into our community with 3 teen boys. The manager keeps the restrooms locked that encourages the children to pee in the pool. All pool rules dissolve when the manager allows her children to play and take over the pool. The manager threatens "lease violations", accuses tenants of "yelling" to control them and threatens "eviction" almost on a daily basis to a tenant. We are all so over this manager. FDI* refuses to do anything about her.
