I've lived here for 2 years, since I moved in we have had black mold in the bathroom. I have complained for 2 years, my children are constantly sick, constantly congested. I have a mouse in the wall that is decomposing, maintenance knows keeps telling me they are coming. I have 2 small children that are stuck from living here.
The hallways are dirty, they never clean. The trash is pulled up, they never deal with it.
We need tenant protections!!! We need rent control.
