Hi, I’m Jocelyn Hildebrand, I’m a member of the Homes Guarantee Campaign, and I’m concerned about the lack of protections for tenants. Although I am a homeowner, I have plenty of friends who are impacted by the lack of restraints on unfair landlords. Just the fact that no worker on minimum wage in this country can afford a two bedroom apartment and that the rates keep rising faster than anytime in the last 40 years is unacceptable to me.
