I have been living in these apartments a year and they have already raised my rent. I found out that they bought the property with help from the federal government. Why are they raising rents if they got help to buy the property from the FHFA? If they are going to use my tax dollars to buy the property, they shouldn’t be able to raise the rent like this since I’m paying their mortgage that the government insured.
