I'm a tenant in a federally backed property in Louisville, KY. Weve been dealing with tons of maintenance issues, none of which have been fixed. At this point, we're just counting the days til our lease is over. Our rents shouldn't be rising when our homes are treated like this and when our wages haven't gone up to match. The federal government needs to put rules in place if these landlords are going to be treated to our money.
