We live at the Newberry Apartment building in Louisville, Ky. Our rent has already increased over $100 and we haven’t even lived here a year. There is only one maintenance man for hundreds of units. There is a drainage pipe outside that has been hanging off the roof for weeks and no one has done anything about it.
