Rent gets increased constantly certain tenants have to pay more then others and we are living in the same building and or same complex. Utilities they added on certain tenants who have signed a lease at a certain time. The late fee is now 100$ a month. When you’re 6 days late on rent an eviction notice is on your door with an additional $275 court fee. I personally have been here for 3 years and only late twice. I was trying to get rental assistance and they are not accepting which is crazy to me.
