I'm a tenant at a federally backed property in Louisville, KY. Our rent has been increased constantly, especially when our property gets bought out constantly. We have maintenance issues that haven't been fixed for 6 months. Our property managers are inconsistent and give us conflicting information about what we owe. I'm on a fixed income and I can't afford to pay all the utilities and everything all at once like they want us to. This situation isn't fair and i don't want to be left with nothing. I would like the government to make these landlords keep rents under control and stop gouging us on utilities.
