I found out that my apartment was purchased with help from the government and I think that is not fair because they never fix anything! I have had a work order for my air conditioner for THREE MONTHS and they haven’t fixed it! They should have to fix things on time and pay maintenance fairly so we have good maintenance workers that can do the work on time! My rent has also been going up! Why is my rent going up for a property that the government helped purchase? That is not right! Make these people STOP the rent hikes and fix the issues that renters have since they only own this property because people like me pay our taxes and they used that money to purchase the apartments!
