I have been living in this apartment for quite a while and we have put many work orders in and they never get anything fixed! My toilet hasn’t been fixed after a MONTH! I also found out that FHFA helped purchase this property! If they are going to help landlords buy properties, the landlords should be fixing things like they are supposed to and they should not be raising people’s rents 10-15%! There is a huge stain on the carpet in the building common area that they havent even tried to clean! If they aren’t paying anything new for the mortgage, they should only increase the rent 1 or 2 percent and that should be a RULE! This isnt fair!
