I am a mother who works part time and my rent has increased in the past year that has made paying for all my expenses very difficult. Rent increases the often come with a change of ownership in the building has made communication with management harder. I am asking for the rent to no longer increase and to decrease to make life more affordable. You can’t pay your bills and buy food anymore. You have to buy less nutritional food to make ends meet.
