North Creek mobile home park in Lakeville MN is where my family and I have lived for 25yrs. We use to love living here, until now. Havenpark recently bought our mobile home park and there has been nothing but issues ever since. They raised our rent from $475 to $615 and new residents pay $872. They say rent increases is to provide maintenance, safe equipment, club house and to make our community a place we love to call home. We don't have an office manager yet, as far as new equipment for our basketball court they took a can of spray paint and repainted the back board. They didn't provide us with lawn service for spraying for weeds and violate us if we have weeds in our yards. They spent $75,000 on a remodel of the office/clubhouse that no one can use because there is no office manager to unlock the door. We have 4 spaces for visitor parking and a tow truck that starts towing vehicles parked on the road after 10pm. Where is all the money going that they feel the need to raise our rent?
