Rent is too dam high, ita crazy the profit that landlords are able to make off my need of housing. In my building it has never been fumigated since Ive lived here. The management lets trash pill up , it stinks and causes more problems with cockroaches and mice. We need tenant protections, we all deserve safe dignified housing
