Ive had mice and cockroaches in my apartment no matter how much i clean, my tub has been clogged over and over. The landlord wont pay for a plumber. We are beinhg told we have to take out our air conditioner even though we pay for our oqn electricity. I have to stay in a 1 bedroom with my son because the cost of a 2 bedrooms is too expensive. We need tenant protections and rent control
