    As a landlord I think it critical that you adopt the most protection for tenants. Destabilizing neighborhoods with dramatic rent increases, tricks like not fixing buildings, or sudden illegal evictions are bad for me as a responsible landlord. Especially the practice of not fixing buildings to force tenants to leave so that landlords can dramatically increase rent has been bad for my neighborhood.
