Incentivizing rent-seekers and landlords and AirBnB renters to monopolize all the affordable housing is driving rent up at incredible rates. I cannot afford to raise 2 teenagers and pay the extra $100 per month raise Home River wants every year for a poorly remodeled old house.
Please join me in standing up for the general public, young families and tenants need help curbing predatory lending and investment. Housing is too essential & important to leave up to sharks & speculator & greedy luxury developers.
