The housing authorities in Missouri Kansas and Oklahoma all counties will put you on the housing list section 8 or public housing but if you are not in their county they will not move you up the list so you never reach the top of the list unless you go to their county and live in a shelter and then they make you fill out paperwork on how you can prove that you want to going to be a permanent resident there so in other words they're trying to keep other people from relocating to their area which is discrimination some people are sick and have to move there because of the healthcare that's in the area they need to be you know there's health reasons why people move these housing authorities are given the perspective tenants a lot of slack and trying to keep them from getting on their wait list or moving up to the top of their wait list
