We rent to homeless people
To many landlords are in the business of making money at any cost and not into providing decent housing.
please put the safeguards in for renters. I want the landlord to make a profit and pay their bills but the housing for a tenants should not cost more than a third of their income. Please enact safeguards for tenants.
