Boston has the highest rents in the nation and I'm seeing it affect my friends, coworkers and community. Many are spending more than 60% of their income on rent and others are having to move far out of the city lengthening their commutes. Please protect tenants from and limit egregious rent hikes. And prohibit landlords from discriminating against tenants based on their source of income including federal housing assistance (i.e., vouchers).
