    With my experience in landlord-tenant disputes in mind, I urge the federal government to adopt measures that would protect tenants when their landlords receive federal housing benefits. Suggestions:
    Rent regulations
    Good cause eviction
    Freedom from discrimination
    Safe, quality, accessible housing standards
    Landlord registry
    Tenant right to organize
    Fair leases
    Office of Tenant Protections
    Tenant Leadership
    Equity
    Mandatory Requirements
    Enforcement
