Thank you for considering using the intended power of the government to protect it's citizens to protect tenants from the landlords that are negligent and/or simply greedy. Those landlords/investors who take advantage of government help, but are not "paying it forward." It's time that similar principles are applied to the housing industry with how they treat tenants that are applied in other areas holding beneficiaries of government help to the high principles and ideals of our government/citizenry... which may be a higher or different standard than is applied to businesses and organizations without government help. Please make government beneficiaries accountable for fair treatment of their tenants and tie it to their government loans/grants.
