Tenants or their children with permanent, documented medical issues should not be evicted as long as their income remains the same, decreases, increases slightly to help cover increased housing costs even if the landlord increases the rent for various reasons. All permanent medical, seniors, terminally ill and veterans should automatically be covered in all emergency assistance and permanent housing programs. Any and ALL multi family structures which includes, townhomes, duplexes and condominiums will automatically donate up to 30% of total units under their ownership to low income housing or face increased taxes up to 50% or state/federal property seizures for more units up to 50% of units donated to low income. Current rents should only be increased if total upgrades to all units are completed with approval from state government. Current rents should NOT be increased if the cost of living such as gas, utilities, groceries, general living expenses is higher but the wages remains the same.
