I have lived at Lincoln Green for 20+ years, when I moved here I could not believe what I was renting for the money that I was paying. The apartments are warm and cozy with beautiful amenities such as individual balconies, fireplaces in most apartments, in-unit washer and dryers and dishwashers, not to mention off-street parking and many other amenities that are a part of the complex itself. The Reef Company managed the complex when I moved here, the property was clean and well maintained. After Reef left the management Company that took Reef's place was Graystar. The local management team that managed the day to day operations of the complex were the same personnel that managed the complex under Reef. They were fantastic. They sponsored activities for the residents to become acquainted with one another, you could pick up your packages from the office, pay your rent in the office and register complaints in the office. The managerial staff was friendly and professional as was the maintenance staff. Also the property was beautiful, I was very proud to live here.
The new management company that presently has this property, THE Chelsea Company is terrible, whereas trash was picked up six days a week when The Reef and Graystar managed the property, now trash is picked up maybe two to three days a week and trash dumpsters are left to over flow over the weekend. I have complained several times regarding this. I never see the manager who is supposed to run the complex is never seen. I do not see much maintenance going on.I could go on and on about the negligence of the property. Last year rent went up $200. without a warning, this year rent is going up $100 + again without warning. What was a nice place to live is turning in to a nightmare on Elm Street.
