No more "money for nothing" financing of landlords and hedge funds. We need you to require leases with standardized protections for renters such as: limiting rent hikes, banning evictions without good cause, banning recording of tenants in their homes/apartments, banning entry into property without permission whether or not tenants are home, and similar protections for tenants against abuses by landlords/property owners.
