I am a tenant under HACLA! We as tenants should have more secured rights and protection when it comes to discrimination and complaints. I have reported that my neighbor moved out of her unit due to complaining about mold in her unit. With no response she quit the program because of the safety and welfare of her family and self. I have also been dealing with health issues and have requested that someone look at my unit and there has been lack of urgency and communication. I have tons of pictures for proof.
