    My name is Mario Garcia, a student at UNLV and I see first hand the devastating effects of high rent prices taking a toll on vulnerable populations here in Nevada. Please join the Homes Guarantee Campaign in calling for limits on annual rent hikes at 1.5 times the CPI or 3%, whichever is lower. Thank you.
