    I have noticed that LIHTC programs are now charging many more application fees, and pet fees. Our NORCO regional manager is openly hostile to residents, refuses to tell us who supervises her or who you can call to lodge a complaint. She refuses to open our community center for Seniors which has been closed since before Covid. Seniors have a library and no access to it. The building stays locked on the 2 days that a manager is here.Computers don't work and access us denied anyway.
