I have been trying to get section 8 but they don't ever seem to have it for Los Angeles County only city which I can't apply for. I live in a low income based on income and can't get anything fixed because we have no maintenance on property have to use maintenance from other properties or do it myself and I am disabled. Yet they expect me to pay rent, pool never clean place infested with roaches and bugs from suege, entry gate broken and vagrant come in sleep in laundry room and trash bends , breaking into cars and vacant apartments and management company does nothing but tell us owners account is in lean nothing can be done. So who do we talk to. Have contacted health department and city code violation and nothing so far I moved in and unit not cleaned . It want let me send photos files on her
