    I live in a HUD approved appointment, The landlord is money hungry, every year he raises the rent $50, Even if he tells us he's not going to raise the rent he does. We're have asked for stuff to fix up the apts, he wont hes money hungry. We need new stoves, refrigerators, we have ask for screen doors to help keep bugs outta the house/apts when we want to open the door to get a cool breeze,but again he wont. He doesn't want to fix up the Apts for the price he wants to charge.
