I WAS EVICTED! I was a Section 8 program participant in Orange, Nj, under the Orange Housing Authority. On December 1, 2021 I was terminated from the section 8 program because I did not send in my recertification. On March 15th 2023 I was evicted from my home of 10years because 1. I could not afford market rent. 2. My landlord refused to cooperate with the COVID-19 ERA program.

On March 26, 2023, after an Attorney pulled a file review on the Orange Housing Authority. We found my recertification packet in my folder, it was received by the Housing Authority (stamped) September 26th 2021.

Also there were waivers put in place during Covid just incase a Section 8 program participant could not submit there recertification on time.

I HAD TO MOVE 45 MIN AWAY TO ANOTHER COUNTY. MY DISABLED CHILD HAD TO START A NEW HIGH SCHOOL. I WROTE MARCIA FUDGE ON TWITTER; SHE KEPT TELLING LIES ON TWITTER ABOUT THESE FUNDS THAT WAS ALLOCATED TO NEW JERSEY IN AUGUST 2022. WELL BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 2022-APRIL 2023 NEW JERSEY DID NOT NO FUNDS TO HELP ANYONE.

THAT ERA LOTTERY WAS COMPLETE BULLCRAP!! 'M SICK OF THIS SHX, DO YOU KNOW HOW IT FEEL TO TELL YOU KIDS THEY GETTING EVICTED!! THEY HAVE TO LEAVE EVERYTHING BEHIND. F HUD!!
