    My mom is in a senior facility where rates go up yearly, and her being on a fixed income, over 75 and disabled the yearly increase NEEDS A CAP PERIOD! She is on lists for affordable housing and completed the protocol for vouchers but nothing yet, and there hasn’t been anything for years in the county or facility. I am helping her make ends meet, and I’m not near as well off as others. Also, the front call box has been out of order for over 6 months. The tenants can get in, but anyone without a key fob has to walk to the west side of the building to the call box there to dial the last name of the tenant, which is completely the opposite way from parking. That should not be ok per code due to emergency personnel and so forth unable to reach the tenant at the main entrance call box wasting time to get to the west side.
