Westborough Ma 01581. We have been here for 2 years. Since Sept. are unable to afford full rent. Have been served eviction notice and have court on June 13, 2023 @10:00am in Marlborough Ma. The company refused partial payments. My 3 grandson’s are 12,10 and 6 and they live with me. I have looked for rental assistance through multiple organizations. I have lists. Have been on section 8 list for 5 years. We do not make enough to rent anywhere in Ma, Ct and NH. Cannot find any housing. We are infested with cock roaches since move in day. Two calls to board of health, nothing. This company will do nothing to help those of us struggling to keep pur homes. I have been disabled for 20 years. I just had cancer surgery for lung cancer so cannot pack and move yet. They refuse partial payments and will not agree to anything. It is horrible with this stress not knowing where to go. Kids need to finish school. I need to heal. We could pay some but they won’t accept. Then they treat us like creeps because we haven’t paid anything. The entire complex is infested with roaches and some mice too. I am 68.
Not the way I planned to live my golden years. I have been trying for a voucher but the manager says they will not accept a voucher, we are too much of a risk.
