Rent increasing with out wages increasing makes it very difficult to se ure safe and affordable housing. In my experience, landlords often never see their property and instead pay others to manage them often leaves them in neglect or hard to contact. I work full time with an additional part time job. I should be able to afford housing on my own, yet I cannot.
