I would like to advocate for rent being cap on Rent. We would like to regulate Rents because Rent isn’t affordable for most families and we need to make rent more affordable for families across this country. Familes are having to make decisions between medication, gas, bills etc. Families need our federal government to hear their cries and how families are having to choose against necessities to provide housing.
