I am a renter experiencing extreme rent hikes. I don't believe that any renter living in a FHA property or any other housing option should experience this. People are paying huge prices for substandard housing in many communities. These landlords and developers are not taking care of the properties. But they are rent gouging. I think these practices are abusive.
