    I am a tenant in NH and rent is getting too high in my area. I've noticed that multiple landlords in Manchester, NH who raise rents on their tenants while most likely enjoying a mortgage backed by the federal government.

    While min wage remains $7.25 an hour, in order to afford a 2BR here, you need to make $25 an hour to keep housing under 30% of your income. That's a pay that most folks can't find around here.

    If We the People are going to be backing mortgages with our tax dollars, we need to make sure that landlord can't arbitraily raise our rents on a whim
