Hello as a renter in low-income housing, myself and other tenants have had problems with only Landlords, Property Management, and owners only being interviewed snd only have any say, and trying to speak for us tenants, when they actually di not represent us, they represent only their self interests ...
We need more protections from Landlords, Property Management, and Owners...
I have for years been bullied, harassed, Gaslighted lied to and lied on, abused both mentally and physically, retaliated against, and this is being covered up, especially if you are a Senior, Disabled, or low income...I have rent from Edgewood Management/ Apostolic Towers in Baltimore, Maryland and Asheville Terrace Senior Apartments, in Asheville, North Carolina... They put people in the most horrific disgusting unsafe toxic living conditions such as filthy apartments, plumbing issues, insect infested, rodent infestations, We are constantly having to ask for repairs, and are threatened, bullied lied on by Property Management, shoddy wor done if any ...We are in buildings set up and run by drug dealers, and or gangs orchestrated by by Property Management, Landlords and owners, lying tenants who are mixed up in criminal activity, and who probably should not be renting...They along with Property Management and maintenance steal from our apartments, they steal or mail snd packages, try to prevent us from paying rent...They have drug trafficking, put defective furnishings in our apartments and blame the tenants, snd try to evict us ... They try to set us up , use prison tactics, endangering our lives, by using intimidation tactics, housing their friends and family, spying on us and following us around, threatened us, blocking door entrances and strategically placing and permitted dirty tenants to harass, bully, threaten and lie on us, playing loud music, slamming their feet or other objects on the floor, the property management tells lies to Police, Politicians other would be places to rent, HUD, The Housing Authority, and Housing, Code are all useless, and into corruption...They take and give bribes. They try to prevent use from getting lawyers, calling the police...ect...I have documentted my life in low income housing...The Property Management, Owners , abd Landlords are Prejudiced, Bias, Racist, and discriminatory...They have endangered the tenants, building, and Neighborhoods with their criminal actions...They Blacklist us and make us homeless for trying to complain...They along with criminal tenants, and drug dealers have ruined and destroyed lives, and have blood on their hands...We need to have the following,
Gun Licenses, Body Cams on Maintenance and Property Management when they do home inspections, Zoom documented recorded meetings, Lawyers, Zoom documented and recorded court trials, Polygraphing, because we are going to record and document them ... We are going to name names and turn these people in...
