    1. Application fees are an abuse that has gone unpunished far too long. Low invoking housing charges 200$ fir an application fee? Scam.
    2. Prior eviction, low freight shores should not be an excuse not to rent. After 3 years! Again? Using application fees as another source of revenue.
    3. If one can afford these crazy high rents? Lenders need to be more willing to offer mortgages to folks and less preoccupied on keeping us homeless.

    There are a lot of hood families displaced because there are no rules against the banks hurting our country.
