I feel we as tenant we need protections against slumlords such as Springfield Gardens and when I say protection I say we need protection against kabdlords taking rent payments abd keeping the property up to suitable living stabdards. I feel we protection against landlords who have their tenants living in substandard situations. I think it's really sad that people such as myself can't afford to leave and can't afford to stay we're-fested mice and roach infested apartments with mold and mildew.
