The overall lack of tenant protections in our country is an injustice that causes pain for millions on the daily. From decrepit conditions to exorbitant rent hikes, evictions, and predatory lending, people are forced to deal with unlivable situations often without government support. All federally backed mortgages must include better tenant protections.
