Hello I like to address to you the concerns I have as a tenant. Often I am forced out of renting the apartment that I am currently renting because their hike the price up to a point I can't afford to live there anymore. Landlords often lose good tenants because of this hiking of the rent. I too wish to become a homeowner and rent to a tenant with fair housing prices. Because of the high prices that the homeowners have to pay in order to have, they then start charging their tenants ridiculous prices that they can't even afford, which jeopardize their life because they are facing homelessness. And the reason why I say that they're facing homelessness because the next person that they go to looking for a place to stay might be charging the same price or more and with the shortage of the housing you have nowhere to go so it will end up being homeless. We the people are demanding some type of control here over the rent before Capital turns us all into the very animals that they are scared of. You're pushing the population and to retaliating against you all because of desperation, that's where the monster comes out of any human. The majority of the renters all over is families looking to stabilize. Not having rent control and forcing families out of housing is just another form of the pipeline to prison. We get forced out we try to fight back and by doing so, we are considered breaking the law so we get arrested and go to jail for protecting I was stabilization. No rent control is a pipeline to prison.
