    Radically improve transparency, which may lead to new business opportunities and hopefully, reduced consumer costs. To wit:

    1. Publish (digital in a common, easily consumed format) sale price, date and full address for all mortgages within 30 days of closing.
    2. Publish Appraisal and/or AVM values for same.
    3. Publish mortgage type: rate, term, fixed or ARM along with the presence of PMI (if).
