How is it possible to have an entity that was improperly installed, improperly sweep funds to health care, have that sweep removed and provide the shareholders no clear way out of the mess. The self dealing, if done in any other venue would be criminal.
Please remove the 79.99% special warrants, allow the company to use its revenues as it sees fit. Also provide the entity with some benefit for the over $200 billion paid, that was unnecessary and manufactured. Tax credits, if nothing else, to the shareholders would be a way out.
