    I believe fhfa needs to recapitalize the gses fanne and freddie and continue providing affordable mortgage secondary markets to middle America. Without the gses American homeownership will be out of reach for people like me. Fhfa needs to follow the intent of hera which was to stabilize preserve and conserve the gses and return them to private ownership after having already implemented gses reform while in conservatorship. Mr. Watt said gse reforms have already been done so why are the gses still held hostage in this charade of conservatorship. thank you.
