Mel Watt has the authority to stop the madness, and end the NWS. My retirement funds were invested in FMCC Jr preferred. I studied the company's financial situation carefully in 2011 and concluded correctly that they were on the verge of profitability under a 10% Snr preferred coupon. In 2012, the US Treasury then changed the rules in the middle of the game and imposed the 3rd amendment NWS which made recovering my investment impossible. It's 2017, and the FHFA/US government are still refusing to disclose documents which show their justification for the NWS.
Mel Watt, please restore my faith in fairness and the rule of law!
