    I would like to encourage Mr. Mel Watt to exercise his authority under HERA to end the net worth sweep which is causing the GSE's to remain dangerously under-capitalized and consequently posing a significant risk to financial markets. Furthermore, despite the terms of the conservatorship preventing the GSE's from repaying the corpus on their loans, the GSE's have paid back substantially more than they had borrowed during the financial crisis. I believe that if this continues, it may cause concerns, both domestically and internationally, with regards to the credibility of the US Government and rights of ownership in publicly traded companies.
